Help - Sending handle of a List Box from VB App to a C dll

hi people,

I need to send a list of values to a Vb Application to populate a list
box with these values.
Can anyone of you tell me how to pass a handle of a List Box from Vb to
a C dll function?
It would be of great help if somone can provide an example as i am new
to C-VB interface.
