It looks like the DLL has been backdated by some other installation. You'll
need to reinstall your application.

It don't need to install.
the application is only a file.

Then that's your problem! You should be installing the redistributable DLL /
OCX you're using so as to ensure your user has at least the version your
code has been compiled against. Review the VB6 documentation on how to
install a VB6 application on a client system.
