shutting down....

when i shut down or restart xp i get an error that says"program failed to
initialize because windows station is shutting down." how do i fix this,
should i worry? never had this until a few days ago. nothing new installed.

Well, unless it's a VB program that's failing to shut down, I'd say you need
an OS newsgroup.
