Registry Error

Using Visual Basic 6, when I go to Project->References I get the following
message:

"Error accessing the system registry"

How do I fix this?

Thanks Ken.

I did the procedure and it worked. One item to note: when I opened the
command prompt using the Task Scheduler on a Terminal Server session, I had
to log into the Console to see the command prompt. Other than that the
instructions you pointed me to worked great.
