Hie ,

I just got Visual Studio 2005 .NET recently .. and i was wondering why
the new office 2003 like look is not supported in Visual C++
.NET....... ...the blue toolbar and menus show up in VB.NET , C# and J#
but not in VC??? is it a seperate activeX or something??

Also i need to know how to do this via win32 API and C (i dont knw C++
and MFC =S)

this should clear things up! This
http://gideon.110mb.com/sshot(dot)html is a SCREEN SHOT OF THREE IDE's
VB.NET 2005 , C# .NET 2005 , and VC.NET 2005 ....... .

I"M TALKING ABOUT THE BLUE MENU AND TOOLBAR CONTROL AVAILIABLE IN
C#.NET 2005 ,VB.NET 2005 , J#.NET 2005!! WHY IS"NT IT AVAILIABLE in
VC.NET 2005 .. IT LOOKS LIKE THE TOOLBARS AND MENUS IN OFFICE 2003!!!!
HENCE THE POST NAME >>>> Office 2003 like look not supported in VC.NET

(I HAVE VISUAL STUDIO .NET 2005 pro BTW)

HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!

there is it.. .apparently i dont know MFC or C++ (i knw only WIN32API
and C) but i think what the guy is doing is creating the controls
dynamically...... could some one figure out how to do that in win32API
and C.

This forum is for VB 6.0 and earlier so anything to do with C++ or VS.Net is
inappropriate here. Look for groups with "dotnet" in the name.

That's not how newsgroups work. I'm sure you can find mailing lists that
might suit you better.
