One Note 2007 Print to option

I have one note 2007 running on a tablet pc.
I have used the print to one note option to insert information from a
pdf file into one note for reference and searching.
I have information in these pdf files that I wish to tag for quick
reference, One note will insert the tag but will not reference the tagged
item in the tagged item search. If you can help with this you would save
me many hours.
