i have an vb.net (migrated from vb to vb.net) application which refers
vb6.0 control, while closing the application I got the error "unhandled
exception at 0x660688 (msvbvm60.dll) in DBCenter.exe: 0xc0000005"

In any event, you need to ask in a dotnet group unless you can duplicate the
problem using only VB 6; if not then it's a problem with that huge, bloated
monstrosity that MS has foisted onto the world.
