When I close Internet Explorer it tells me "Internet Explorer has to close
unexpectedly" then tries to send a report to Microsoft Error Reporting which
sometimes works, I don't try to stop it, and then I get a popup window with
the words RUNTIME ERROR with some long negative number after it. This only
happens in limited accounts on my computer, but since I have limited accounts
I must use Firefox 2.0.0.1 as our default browser until the issue can be
resolved. This problem began occurring several months ago with Internet
Explorer 6 and continues after upgrading to Internet Explorer 7. Could there
be a temp file allocation I need to change for the limited users?

I've got Win XP with Service Pack 2 and plenty of system resources for the
Minimum requirements of IE 7.

How exactly is this related to Visual Basic (the vb part in this newsgroup)?
